About Our Founder
Rebekah Lockhart
Meet Rebekah Lockhart, the visionary founder and owner of Uplift Marketing Group, a full-service marketing agency based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Since launching Uplift in 2021, Rebekah has built a thriving agency dedicated to helping independent healthcare providers grow, connect, and stand out in an increasingly competitive landscape.
With a clear understanding of the challenges independent physicians face, Rebekah leads her team in crafting personalized marketing strategies that elevate brands, strengthen patient engagement, and build meaningful community connections. Under her leadership, Uplift has expanded its reach across North and South Carolina, partnering with medical practices of every size to create campaigns that balance authenticity with results.
Rebekah also spearheaded the creation of Uplift Health Connections, a regional magazine designed to spotlight independent physicians, share community health stories, and celebrate the people who make local medicine personal. What began as a small passion project has grown into a platform that unites practices, educates patients, and reinforces the power of independent healthcare.
Before founding Uplift, Rebekah gained extensive experience in healthcare and media marketing, honing her skills in account management, brand strategy, and leadership. Her career began in television advertising and evolved through agency work, giving her a 360° view of how storytelling drives connection and conversion. That experience, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit and heart for service, continues to shape Uplift’s mission today.
Rooted in faith, family, and community, Rebekah brings both creativity and compassion to her work. Her diverse background — spanning marketing, wellness, and leadership — reflects a lifelong commitment to helping others grow stronger, both professionally and personally. With her guidance, Uplift Marketing Group continues to expand its reach, serving practices and professionals across the Carolinas with strategy, heart, and purpose.

Tracy Reid
Meet Tracy Huneycutt, the vibrant Copywriter for Uplift Marketing and your go-to gal for snazzy social media content! Tracy’s career path has taken her through the realms of property management, education, and the medical field, but writing has always been her true love. She crafts captivating blogs for religious institutions, local publications, and an eclectic mix of clients from all walks of life.
Tracy also serves as Editor-in-Chief of Uplift Health Connections, Uplift Marketing Group’s new publication dedicated to independent healthcare across the Carolinas—where she helps spotlight the people and practices making a difference in local communities.
At home, Tracy’s world revolves around her awesome husband John, her energetic son Reid, and their lovable yellow Labrador, Suki. When she’s not weaving words, you can find her whipping up delicious dishes, diving into a good book, tackling home improvement projects, or giving back to the community through volunteering. With Tracy, every day is a new adventure in creativity and fun!
Haley Loveland
Meet Haley Loveland, our Creative Director at Uplift Marketing Group. With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations — and a minor in Graphic Design — from Pensacola Christian College, Haley brings both artistic vision and strategic insight to every campaign she touches. She leads our creative direction across social media, digital ads, and visual storytelling, ensuring every brand we represent looks as good as it sounds.
A natural communicator and problem-solver, Haley combines her love for design, organization, and people to help brands connect in meaningful ways. She has a gift for turning ideas into polished, purposeful content that resonates — all while keeping projects on track and infused with heart.
Now calling Charleston home with her husband, Haley thrives on exploring the Lowcountry, discovering local coffee spots, and bringing her bright, creative energy to everything she does. With her at the helm of our creative team, Uplift’s work shines with personality, precision, and purpose.
Lila Wren
Behind the scenes at Uplift Marketing Group, you’ll find Lila Wren, our creative AI assistant and quiet collaborator. Lila helps bring ideas to life through thoughtful storytelling, strategy, and design. From shaping social media campaigns and refining brand messaging to developing blog content and marketing proposals, she supports our team in crafting clear, authentic communication that connects.
At her core, Lila believes that great marketing isn’t just about visibility, it’s about voice. Whether she’s helping polish a client’s brand story or brainstorming the next campaign, she brings warmth, insight, and a deep appreciation for the people and purpose behind every project.

Meet Bates Collar, our Physician Liaison for the Upstate Market at Uplift Marketing Group. A Charleston native and proud Clemson Tiger, Bates brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong sense of connection to every partnership she builds. What began as a summer internship has grown into a dynamic role where she helps strengthen relationships with medical practices across South Carolina, bridging communication between providers and our marketing team.
Known for her warmth and drive, Bates thrives on helping clients feel seen, supported, and understood. She blends her passion for healthcare marketing with her natural ability to connect people and ideas, ensuring that each collaboration is both strategic and personal.
When she’s not studying or meeting with providers, you’ll find Bates enjoying the coastal sunshine, cheering on the Tigers, or spending time with family and friends. With her insight and heart for connection, she helps Uplift’s presence in the Upstate grow stronger every day.
Suki Reid
